How do I register?
There are lots of ways! Well, three to be exact. You can create your registry here online. Or you can e-mail or call customer service to schedule a time to set up a registry.
What do Baby Bump Experts do?
Our Baby Bump experts can help you tailor a registry to your needs by figuring out what products are going to work best with your lifestyle. It's a great place to start if you don't know what you need -- and it's free!
How do I add gifts to my registry?
Once you've set up your registry, browse our website and make a list of your must have item. Email Customerservice@littlepeanutboutique.com your list and within 72 business hours for your friends and family to start shopping. Not sure what you need? One of our baby bump experts will contact you for your free consultantion. During that call we will help you pick the smartest products for you and your baby. If you'd like help, our staff will be happy to assist you in the store, or you may contact our customer service department.
What if I want to add or make a change to my registry?
As you get closer to your due date you may change your mind about a couple of the items on your registry or maybe just forgot to add something or you may realize that you want to add more products anyway -- especially if you check in on your registry and discover most of the items have been purchased. Your registry is available online 24/7, so you can add to it whenever you want. Just send a email to customerservice@littlepeanutboutique.com with a list or added item or items you would like deleted.
How long will my registry be available after the event?
Registries will be available both online and in stores for three months past the due date of the baby.
How do I delete or cancel my registry?
If you would like to delete your registry simply email customerserice@littlepeanut boutique.com and ask for your registry to be deleted.
How do I let my friends know where I'm registered?
We provide you complimentary registry cards for the hostess of your shower to include in your shower invitations.
How else can my friends access my registry?
Your friends and family can shop your registry from anywhere by visiting our Web site. They can call also contact us directly if they do not have access to a computer or are having difficulties Monday through Friday, 10am - 6pm. PST at 1-714.862.3073.
Will I get duplicates?
Sometimes you'll get a duplicate if the gift-giver forgot to provide your registry information at the time of purchase. But don't worry we will make every effort to update your registry daily.
Where and how will my gifts be shipped?
All of our products are shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS but where they're shipped depends on both you and the gift-giver. Each gift-giver will get to choose whether to have your gift shipped to you or to themselves so they can give it to you in person.
What if I didn't get everything I wanted?
We want to make sure you get everything on your list, so after your shower date has passed, we'll give you a one-time discount of 10% off everything left on your registry.
How do I redeem my 10% registry completion?
You may e-mail or call customer service and we will set up a one time use coupon code good for 10% off your purchase. If you don't reach someone in person, we'll get back to you within two business days.
Do I register?
It also cuts down on those "What were they thinking?" presents.
When do I register?
Starting early gives you plenty of time to consider your choices and change your mind. It also allows for proper lead time on larger items and special orders. Besides, you'll be glad you got it taken care of if the baby comes early.
